What to Expect

Red Light Therapy is a relaxing treatment where all you have to do is lie down and relax! After cleansing the face, the device will be placed over the face or area of treatment for 20 minutes per area in order to charge your cells. The part of your cells called the mitochondria (also called the power generators), will soak up the red light to make more energy. This will contribute to healthier cells.

  • Treatment Preparation
    If the face is the area of treatment, it is recommended to use the red light with a clean and exfoliated face. Your technician will cleanse and exfoliate your skin prior to treatment session.  Moisturizer and SPF will be applied after your session is complete.
     

  • Treatment Duration
    20 minutes per each treated area.
     

  • Repeat
    It is recommended to do a series of 10 RLT sessions as close together as your schedule allows for best results. This treatment can also be done as a stand-alone after a facial, dermaplane, or microneedling session for faster healing.
