​General Terms & Conditions

1. Memberships & Benefits: Face Lounge memberships include one treatment per month, with the option to roll over unused treatments. You must be a current member to use your rollovers and can only use two rollovers combined, per month if you have more than 2 collected. Members receive discounts on add-on services and skincare products according to their membership. 2. Membership Options: Memberships can be purchased with a minimum commitment of six months, which will be charged on a month to month basis or for twelve months in advance, with one month free. 3. Payment Terms: All memberships are non refundable. If you cancel your membership early, you will still be responsible for the remaining terms of your membership. 4. Cancellation Policy: Memberships require a cancellation notice through email 30 days prior to cancellation. 5. Changes to Offerings: We reserve the right to modify or amend the offerings and benefits associated with each membership tier at any time, without prior notice. 6. Treatment Rollover: Unused treatments from the previous month will automatically roll over to the next month and the amount can be used towards any treatment at the discounted membership rate. 7. Payment, Cancellations, & No-Shows: Payment for memberships is due on a monthly basis unless you have pre-purchased the year. In that case, at the end of the year the membership will return to month to month unless specified for an additional 12-month commitment. If a no-show occurs, the monthly amount will not roll-over, the credit will be lost. 8. Usage Restrictions: Members will be able to share 1 month of their membership for each membership term but cannot share discount on additional treatments. Beyond this, memberships and associated benefits are non-transferrable and may only be used by the named member. 9. Termination of Membership: We reserve the right to terminate a membership and associated benefits at our discretion, without refund, if the member violates any terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the business. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
