• If your membership balance is unused for the month, the balance will rollover to the next month acting as a beauty bank. 

• Quarterly botox must be used each quarter. Free botox units do not rollover.

• Free Microneedling or BioRePeel can be used as a reward for being a member for a year and must be used at month 12 or after. It does not rollover to year two and beyond. 1 per year is allowed.

** Laser Hair Club

• Laser Hair Removal for unlimited areas

• Must choose all areas of body in FIRST session. Cannot add on additional areas as you go. 

• A perfect choice for those interested in LHR for multiple areas of the body.

• Depending on the area, treatments are spaced 4-8 weeks apart for the duration of 1 year

• Clients typically need a minimum of 8 total sessions

**ALL MEMBERSHIPS

• Membership discounts cannot be shared. 

• We reserve the right to modify or amend the offerings and benefits associated with each membership tier at any time.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Memberships require a 30-day notice via email at yancey@faceloungeaz.com

• We reserve the right to terminate a membership and associated benefits at our discretion, without refund, if the member violates any terms and conditions, if the member violates any terms or conditions or engages in any behavior deemed detrimental to the business.

• NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS, &  LATE POLICY: If a no-show occurs or if you are more than 15 minutes late, the monthly membership amount will not rollover and will act as a used credit. Appointment cancellations and reschedules MUST be made before a 24-48 hour window or 50% of credit will be used. 

• Payment Terms: All memberships are taken out on a monthly basis on the day that the membership was activated. All memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership early, you will still be responsible for the remaining amount due on your monthly membership based off of your 6 or 12 month commitment.
