I am the founder of Face Lounge Aesthetics located right here in beautiful Paradise Valley. I am so proud to invite you into my boutique style medspa. Aesthetics is my passion, and I strongly believe in researching everything that I offer to make sure that the quality of my equipment, my services, and my products are top notch.
I graduated school in 2010 from The Academy of Beauty in Los Angeles where I studied Aesthetics. In 2012 I went on to become a licensed Cosmetic Laser Technician. I have since worked across the Valley here in AZ for several medspas and medical facilities as lead Laser Technician and Aesthetician. During every experience I was able to learn many techniques and further increase my knowledge and skillset by working with a wide range of skin types and concerns. In 2020 I was asked by National Laser Institute to educate students interested in following their passion with Cosmetic Laser. Adding Cosmetic Laser Instructor to my list of qualifications was very exciting for me. I love teaching and sharing my love of the industry.

In the fall of 2020, I opened Face Lounge Aesthetics and started my own medical line of skincare, Face Lounge Skincare. Working in this field has been an amazing journey with never ending learning. I am a very results driven professional and love taking before and after photos to show my clients how much we have achieved with accomplishing their specific skin goals!

I am a single mama to one beautiful little girl who is my world. I am so happy to be able to show her that work does not have to be mundane and boring and when hard work and passion come together, amazing things can happen!

Dr. Cynthia Hinojosa, NMD, is a board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and specializes in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine. Dr. Cynthia offers a range of aesthetic treatments such as injectables, PDO threads, platelet-rich plasma and lasers to help enhance her patients' natural beauty. As a mom, she understands the importance of feeling confident and comfortable in one's own skin and is committed to helping her patients achieve their goals. With her extensive education and experience in the field of aesthetics and regenerative medicine, Dr. Hinojosa is committed to providing her patients with safe, effective, and personalized care. Whether patients are seeking to improve their appearance, manage the aging process, or optimize their health and wellness, Dr. Cynthia is dedicated to helping them achieve their best selves.

​Hi, I’m Nellie — one of the newest estheticians here at Face Lounge Aesthetics. I’m a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Certified Acne Specialist, but most importantly, I’m someone who deeply understands how it feels to struggle with your skin.
For years, I battled breakouts that affected not only my complexion but also my confidence. I tried every product and restrictive routine imaginable, only to learn that true skin health goes far beyond the surface. Once I started understanding how the skin truly functions — and how lifestyle, stress, and internal wellness play a role — everything changed.
That realization became my turning point. I began nourishing my body, hydrating intentionally, and using ingredients that worked with my skin, not against it. Over time, I discovered that skincare isn’t about perfection — it’s about balance, healing, and rebuilding trust with yourself.
Today, I bring that philosophy to every treatment and client experience at Face Lounge. My approach is rooted in science, education, and empathy — blending advanced corrective treatments with holistic care to create lasting results.
I know what it feels like to want to hide your skin, and I also know how empowering it is to finally love it again. That’s what drives me every day: helping clients achieve results they can see and confidence they can feel — inside and out.
